Placement of Bond Issue by Nikoil Bank Started
Baku Stock Exchange has started placing the bond issue of the investment commercial bank Nikoil in the amount of $ 5 million.
According to the BSE, the placement of bonds is made in the standard segment of the market of securities which are listed on the stock exchange.
The bonds are issued for a year and the issue is divided into 5,000 bonds in denominations of $ 1 thousand per security. The projected annual yield on the bonds is 9.5%. Payment of the interest will be carried out once a quarter.
Underwriter of the bonds placement is LLC AzFinance Invest.
OJSC Bank Nikoil has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1994. Its shareholders are Topaz Investment, Joint Stock Company Nikoil and ISR Holding. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
