Prices Artificially Overstated - MP
Baku / 22.07.17 / Turan: Despite the decline in the cost of some food products, artificially inflated prices remain for some products. This opinion was expressed in the conversation with the correspondent of Turan by the MP, member of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy Vahid Ahmadov.
The decline in prices, he said, is due to the stabilization of the manat rate. However, for some types of goods prices are unreasonably inflated - 2-3 times.
The parliamentarian also pointed to the artificial rise in the prices of medicines, noting the need to restore order in this area.
Despite certain steps in the fight against monopolies and corruption, there have not been comprehensive measures in this direction, he said. -05B06-
