Prices for Apartments in Azerbaijan Increased by 10.1%
During the fourth quarter of last year, prices for housing in Azerbaijan increased on average by 0.6% .The growth rate of prices in the primary housing market in October-December was ahead of the secondary market by 0.3%, according to the State Statistics Committee.
According to SSC estimates, in the fourth quarter of 2014, prices for apartments in Azerbaijan increased by 10.1% compared to the same period in 2013. In annual terms, the primary market apartment prices rose by 9.1%, while the secondary market prices rose even more - 10.1%.
Moderately rising are prices for apartments in luxury buildings, where unrepaired area is offered at 1,500 manat and more per 1 square meter. In new buildings such apartments rose at an annualized rate by 3.8%, while in the secondary market they rose by 5.8%. 08D

The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has completed its monitoring and evaluation of the first half of the year in relation to the "I State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan." This state program focuses on restoring infrastructure and resettling displaced populations in areas that were reclaimed during the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
