Russian and Kazakhstan Presidents Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev have signed the protocol to amend the agreement between Russia and Kazakhstan on delimitation of bottom of the northern part of the Caspian Sea to execute sovereign rights of bowels of earth of July 6, 1998.
