Railway workers receive $270 per month
The lowest official salary is in the JSC Azerbaijan Railways (ARW) - at the end of the first half of 2014, and even now, too, it is 214.5 manat.
According to the State Statistics Committee, it is 2.05 times less than the average wage in the country (July 1, 439.8 manat per month) and 2.51 times lower than the average wage on transport (539 manat).
The highest salary on transport is received by workers or airways (780 manat) and sea transport (729.8 manat). Representatives of motor transport get an average of 462 manat per month.
In the transport sector by July 1, the employment rate was 75 600 people - 72.7% in the state sector and 27.3% in the private business sector. --17D-
