Sabina Perfumery&Cosmetics LLC self-destructed
In an unexpected turn of events, Sabina Perfumery&Cosmetics LLC, the entity behind the renowned chain of perfumery and cosmetics stores, SABINA, has declared self-liquidation. The announcement was formally made in the publication "Vergilər," the official newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
Creditors have been informed that they have a two-month window to submit their claims. The designated address for claim submissions is 11 Aziz Aliyev Street, Sabail district, Baku, as specified in the public announcement.
Established in 2004, Sabina Perfumery&Cosmetics LLC has been a notable presence in the perfumery and cosmetics retail sector. In 2019, the company underwent a change in ownership dynamics when Fuad Shikhaliyev, the original owner of the SABINA chain of stores, passed away in Cannes. Subsequently, the business was acquired by ADORE KOMPANI LLC, the same company overseeing the network of former Ideal stores.
It's noteworthy to recall that the former proprietor of the Ideal network, businessman Ilgar Ismailov, faced legal repercussions in 2022, receiving a six-year sentence. The circumstances surrounding Sabina Perfumery&Cosmetics LLC's decision to embark on self-liquidation remain undisclosed, marking a significant development in the business landscape of the perfumery and cosmetics sector in Azerbaijan.—0—
