Sabirabad Reinforced Plant Sold to Individual
The State Property Committee announced on May 1 the investment competition for sale of 99.92% shares of Sabirabad Demir Beton JSC. The name of a physical person declared winner of the competition was not disclosed.
The ministry says the investor is obliged to transfer to the state budget AZN 410,000.
Within one year, it will invest in the modernization of the concrete plant 1 million 40 thousand manat. The company will organize production of concrete products, carry out galvanizing metal, and open 60 new jobs.
The authorized capital of Sabirabad Demir Beton is 821.1 thousand manat.
The bids were considered on 29 March. The report on the signing of the contract with the winner was released a month later.
It should be noted that the State Property Committee does not provide information about the other party of the investment competition. According to the rules, at least two competitive proposals should be considered in competition. -----08D
