The BSE February 4, 2013 started placement of unsecured, interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of Finance Leasing.
The State Committee for Securities registered in late January this year the prospectus for Finance Leasing bonds at the total amount of 400 mln manats. The nominal value per bond is AZN 500, the period is 720 days and the annual interest rate is 14%. The underwriter of securities placement is LLC Tekhnika Capital Management.
Last year the company launched bonds worth 0.7 million manat, and the year before - 1.2 million manat.
Finance Leasing has operated in the leasing market since 2007. Its shareholders are 16 individuals.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
