The rules ofgranting doctoral scholarships to students of universities, secondary specialized educational institutions and vocational schools of the republic have been established. According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, published in the official press, the scholarship will be given not only to those studying full-time at the expense of the state or on the basis of the state order, but also to the students of paid departments.
In accordance with the President’s decree, the scholarship for the bachelor degree students with academic indicators of 91-100 points will be 95 manats;with academic indicators of 71 on all subjects and up to 100 points on at least one subject - 80manat; with academic indicators of 51-100 points will get an ordinary scholarship. --17D-

Data on Azerbaijan's oil exports for January-October 2024 reveals a significant drop in both volume and value compared to the same period last year, highlighting the challenges facing the oil-dependent economy.
