Spatial planning will become publicly available
Changes to the Town Planning and Building Code of the Azerbaijan Republic have been approved. The corresponding presidential decree was signed yesterday.
The essence of the amendments is that the rules of the organization and conduct of public hearings territorial planning are defined by the relevant executive authority in accordance with the law "On public participation."
From now on public hearings organized by the customer within 10 days after the completion of the final project of territorial planning documents.
Moreover, the customer gives the participants the results of public discussion and consideration of proposals protests in connection with spatial planning, document changes, and the reasons for rejection of the proposals. - 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
