State Property Committee used 90 % of the special account
At a special account of the body of state registration of rights to real estate in the first nine months of this year there were 1,028,645 manats. It was used in the form of premium and contribution to the State Social Protection Fund of 90 % of these funds .
According to the report of the State Committee on Property , the account balance as of 1st October is 102.8 thousand manats.
In November 2011, the President issued a decree according to which 30 % of the money paid on the submission of documents for the state registration of rights to real estate and other merchandise rights are transferred to a special account Registration Authority ( State of registration of immovable property under SPC). This money is used to strengthen the social protection of workers and improve the material base.
Note that the structure of the Service consists of 20 regional offices , which operate under the self-financing. In July 2009, the Tariff Council approved the fee for the services of the Service . Rates are differential and depend on the size of the apartment , land and other real estate. Getting the documents proving the right to property (including technical documentation) costs at least 90 manats. - 08B-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
