The curriculum for this year of Azerbaijan Bank Training Centre ( ABTC ) includes 11 specialized courses to be held in November.
According to the center, there will be organized trainings on financial management for banking executives , the practical aspects of human resource management , management of problem loans , the organization of customer service , IT audit , operational risk management , electronic banking , information security, general management, business communication and negotiating skills, and finally time management.
