On 18 March the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on improvement of management measures in the area of social protection. According to the document, the State Social Protection Fund is included in the structure of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population. The decree is aimed at the implementation of an integrated approach to meet the social needs of the population with the use of modern information technologies. In particular, it provides to ensure the appointment of pensions and other social payments on the principle of "single window" .- 06D--
