The authorized capital of Alfa Sigorta reached 7.78 million manat
Baku Stock Exchange has placed shares of the insurance company Alfa Sigorta for a total of 1.030 million manats
Issue of 1030 registered non-documentary ordinary shares of 1 AZN was registered by the end of November. According to the Exchange, all the shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor). Today they have posted 100% of the announced issue. The paid-up share capital of the company, thus, reached 7.78 million manat.
The company Alfa Sigorta at the local insurance market since 1997 and provides services for 25 types of insurance. In February 2008, she was given a perpetual license. Until 2005, the insurance company operated under the name LTD Murad.
The sole founder and major shareholder of the company is Bank Technique.
According to the Insurance Supervision Service, for the past three quarters its premiums reached 3 million 819,200 manat and the payments - 792,880 manat. - 17D -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
