The dollar exchange rate has not changed
The Central Bank did not change the dollar rate on Monday, leaving it at 1.7244 manat per dollar. Commercial banks buy dollars from the population in the interval of 1.67-1.72 manats, and sell for 1.729-1.75 manats. The official euro exchange rate is 1.8417 manats. The population can sell the euro to commercial banks in the range of 1.78-1.83 manats, and buy for 1.85-1.88 manats. -71D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
