The position on information disclosure on the securities market of Azerbaijan has come into force. According to the order N 15q of the chairman of the State Securities Committee Rufat Aslanli (http://huquqiaktlar.gov.az/StatementDetails.aspx?statementId=34098), the issuer must disclose through the electronic version of the prospectus or memorandum, a report on the issue and the results of the timing of its completion, the changes in its prospectus, information on insider trade. The list also includes the founders' documents, annual and semi-annual reports of the issuer, insider information, the guarantee funds of the authorized capital in the proportion of 5% or more. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
