In April of this year the volume of OTC securities transactions amounted to 3 180.8 thousand manats. This is 11% more than four months on the trading platform of the secondary market of corporate securities.
The function of disclosure of OTC transactions is entrusted by the State Committee for Securities to the BSE. According to the BSE, in April outside the exchange traded were 42,784 shares of companies related to the non-financial and non-industrial areas of the economy. The total amount of transactions on these transactions amounted to 3,150 thousand manats.
Function disclosure of insider trading in the stock market is also assigned to the BSE. However, with the December 2012 exchange has never provided such information.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
