TuranBank in January- September increased by almost 10 %
BAKU/17.10.13/TURAN : As of October 1, 2013 TuranBank assets totaled AZN 238.370 million , an increase of 16.35 % compared to the same period in 2012 and by 9.81 % compared with the beginning of 2013.
At the reporting date the loan portfolio amounted to 179,584 million that demonstrates the growth of the portfolio by 11.35 % compared with the beginning of 2013 and to 17.20 % from the same period in 2012 .
In the period January- September 2013 deposit portfolio and the volume of customer accounts amounted to 102.2 million manat. The structure of the deposit portfolio of term deposits amounted to 68.646 million manat, which is marked 30.6 % increase compared to the same period in 2012 .
As of October 1, 2013 the authorized capital of the bank from the beginning of the year increased by 33.3 % and by 68.1 % compared to the same period in 2012 and amounted to 40 million manat. During the reporting period, the aggregate capital reached 45 million that is characterized by a 41.25 % increase compared to the beginning of the year and by 63.87 % compared to the same period in 2012 .
According to the results of operations for January - September 2013 , the income of the bank with total expenditures in the amount of 16,123 million manats totaled 20,249 million manat . Net income for the period amounted to 4.126 million manat. -15D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
