Unileasing proceeds to the most recent issuance of bonds
Today at Baku Stock Exchange will begin placement of unsecured interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of "Unileasing".
The State Committee for Securities registered at the end of July this year, the prospectus of bonds of Unileasing for a total of 4 million manat. The nominal value of a bond is 1,000 manat period - 12 months, the annual percentage rate - 10.5%. Underwriter of the securities is Unicapital.
The founders of JSC Unileasing are Unibank (66.67% equity) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (33.33%). The priorities of the company are car leasing, construction machinery, vehicles, industrial and medical equipment, real estate. - 15B -
