The Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan jointly with the Azerbaijani Embassy in Tashkent issued a joint statement on the embassy website hacking.
The essence of the statement is that the February 1 online http://www.azembassy.uz from hacker attacks exposed the information supposedly from the Uzbek authorities to recognize the independence of the separatist regime of Nagorno-Karabakh. Site immediately shut down, and it's not working so far.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today.
