The State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents approved state standard AZS 750-2013 "Ship's anchor. General specifications." It applies only to the anchor of the "Hall" and "Admiralty" types and comes into force on 1st October 2013.
The press service of the SCSMP noted that the standard to be applied as commercial and military ships and other floating devices. The standard defines the requirements for the construction and the basic parameters of anchors and their security.
The standard was developed by the State Maritime Administration of Azerbaijan. - 08D-
