ADIF puts up for auction real estate of 3 banks
Baku/11.09.23/Turan: The Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) has announced an auction for the sale of real estate "Demirbank", "Atrabank" and "Bank Standard", according to information published on the official website of the fund.
The auction is scheduled to take place on September 28, hosted at the "Baku Auction Center." The properties up for auction include a 387-square-meter private residential house in Saray settlement, Absheron district, formerly belonging to "Demirbank." "Atrabank's" property offering comprises a 47.3-square-meter apartment located in Baku City's Nasimi district, specifically on Drogalny Lane, house number 4. Lastly, "Bank Standard" will present a 4-hectare land parcel in II Nugadi village, Guba region, for prospective buyers.
The assessed values of these properties are as follows: the "Demirbank" residential house is valued at 150 thousand Manats, the "Atrabank" apartment at 60 thousand Manats, and the "Bank Standard" land at 35 thousand Manats.—0—

In December 2024, the State Customs Committee (SCC) transferred 646.45 million manat to the state budget, the SCC’s website. According to the data, this is a 4.4% increase compared to the same period in 2023. In particular, last year, customs duty revenues increased by 20.2% to 158.2 million manat, while VAT (Value Added Tax) revenues decreased by 0.45% to 463.5 million manat.
