Azerbaijan decided to spend additional 2 bln manats on Karabakh in 2023
Baku/31.05.23/Turan: Of the planned rise in expenditures of the state budget of Azerbaijan for 2023 worth 3,215 bln manats, 2.26 bln manats, or about 70%, will be used to accelerate work in the territories liberated from occupation.
This was reported by the Ministry of Finance.
It must be recalled that this year the government initially planned to spend 3 bln manats on Karabakh. After the increase, these expenditures will be 5.26 bln manats and amount to 14.4% of the expenditures of the updated budget. -0-

According to the document, this amount represents a 17.2% increase compared to the approved forecast for 2024.

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has reinstated the license for an insurance agent issued to an individual, Nabiyev Sabukhi Zakirovich, the regulator's official website reported. The announcement states that the decision was made on November 19 in accordance with the Law on Insurance Activity. The reason for the reinstatement is that the insurance broker has addressed the issues that led to the suspension of the license. Currently, there are 426 individuals and 57 legal entities holding insurance agent licenses in Azerbaijan.
