Azerbaijan's reinsurance market shrinks by 10%

Reinsurance premiums in Azerbaijan totalled AZN 57 million in the first half of 2024. This is stated in the semi-annual report on financial stability published by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. According to the document, it is about 10% less than in the same period of 2023. A share of reinsurance premiums in the total amount of insurance premiums for the reporting period was 8%.
