Deposits in Azerbaijani banks rose by 8%

As of the end of July 2024, Azerbaijani banks had a deposit portfolio of 34,381.3 million manats. This is stated in the insurance review published by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. According to the document, this is down by 2.3% from the end of June. Add that deposits to banks dropped by 0.5% as compared to the end of the last year, and rose by 8% from the past year.
