Dividend payout to "Kapitalbank" shareholders to reach record level

"Kapitalbank" shareholders will receive dividends for the 3rd time in 2024. The decision was adopted at the extraordinary general meeting of "Kapitalbank" shareholders held on 26 September. According to the decision, dividends of AZN 3.05 will be paid on 21,456,820 ordinary and preference shares of "Kapitalbank" with a nominal value of AZN 12.39, which form "Kapitalbank"s authorized capital of AZN 265.85...
