"Kapitalbank" placed bonds for another 50 million manats
The auction for placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, undocumented, registered bonds (the next batch) of "Kapitalbank" with the code AZ2011005157 ISIN in the amount of 50 million manats and circulation period of 1 year has ended at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE). This is reported by the BSE.
The report says that 500,000 bonds with a nominal value of 100 manats or more are placed in the premium segment of the market by subscription (mass offering).
Note that 39 investors have submitted 39 orders for bonds worth 50 million manats. Thus, all the bonds were sold.
The securities are promised an annual yield of 10%. The interest will be paid every 3 months. The underwriter for placement is the investment company "Paşa Kapital".
