Parliament approved in the first reading criterion of need and cost of living
Baku/17.11.21/Turan: At its plenary session on Wednesday, the Parliament approved in the first reading the draft Law "On the Criterion of Need in 2022".
According to the bill, the criterion of need is set at 200 manats. It has to be kept in mind that it was 170 manats in 2021.
The parliamentarians also approved in the first reading the Law "On the Minimum of Subsistence in 2022," following which the national subsistence minimum is set at 210 manats. It will be 220 manats for able-bodied people, 176 manats for pensioners, and 193 manats for children.
Note that in 2021, the minimum of subsistence was 196 manats. -71D-
