025 new cases of COVID-19 infection per day
Baku/17.11.21/Turan: Over the past day, 2,025 new cases of coronavirus infection have been identified in Azerbaijan. 2,267 people have recovered, 22 died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on November 17.
In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 565,965 cases of infection have been identified in Azerbaijan, including 528,105 people recovered, 7,524 have died, 30,326 active patients are continuing treatment. Over the past day, 12,127 tests have been made. Also, in the last 24 hours, 33 784 people were vaccinated against COVID-19.
During the day, 4,864 people were vaccinated with the first dose, 7,712 people were vaccinated with the second, and 21,208 people were vaccinated with a booster dose.
The total number of vaccinations in Azerbaijan today is 10 165 834, of which 5 033 346 people received the first dose, 4 498 072 people received two doses, and 634 416 people received a booster dose.
