At Least Three Killed by Russian Drone Strike in Odesa
AP: The Ukrainian military has reported that at least three individuals lost their lives and over two dozen sustained injuries following a Russian drone strike on the city of Odesa early Saturday morning.
According to Operational Command "South," the attack on the city was carried out by Shahed-136 drones deployed by Russia. Although all the drones were successfully neutralized by air defenses, falling debris caused damage to residential buildings.
Among the injured were three children and a pregnant woman. The military assured that medical care has been provided to all those affected, while individuals whose homes were damaged have been provided temporary shelter.
Footage released by Operational Command "South" depicted emergency services responding to the scene, with flames and smoke emanating from numerous windows of an apartment block. In one instance, a person could be seen standing near a crater.
