Kulevi refinery abandons Russian crude after EU sanctions

Georgia’s only oil refinery, located at the Black Sea port of Kulevi, plans to stop processing Russian crude completely by the end of September and switch to supplies from Kazakhstan and Libya following European Union sanctions.
