Addressing a G-20 POTUS summit (POTUS - President of the United States), President Trump, touching upon the current American-Turkish relations, particularly, С-400 missiles, afforded to make a starry-eyed preamble: "Even during Hollywood shootings it is impossible to see so many beautiful people together!".

In other words, the question is about the money rustling before a trade deal. It is a tactics of Tabriz merchants in an effort to upsell a commodity...

Added to the Trump"s compliments due to the С-400 deal was a commercial pragmatism as follows: "President Erdogan wanted to purchase "Patriot" missiles from Obama administration but was denied. Injustices were admitted during Obama in respect to Turkey... In the meantime, it is essential to act fairly in respect of people. To my thimking, Erdogan is a strong person. I think, he faced injustices".

It should be appreciated that the US President cited some pragmatic examples arising from personal relations. For instance, appeal to the President asking him to assist in releasing pastor Branson or refusal, despite Turkish President"s determination, from operation in the north-eastern part of Syria against Kurdish terror groups as US protege.

It"d be appropriate to remind that on the eve of Osaka summit President Erdogan declared as follows: "I"ve not felt so far that President Trump is opposing the С-400 purchase from Russia, so I don"t think that positions of other US public structures will result in employing sanctions against Turkey".

A question arises: Why, touching upon a matter of С-400 missiles, does President Trump draw attention to injustices shown by the Obama administration toward Turkey? It is worth reminding that he avails of the matter in the traditional conflict "predecessors-successor" or, according to Mr. Erdogan, other public institutions cannot stand their ground?

In the meanwhile, in both cases there is some truth in the matter while the main point is that President Trump has added a new style to the US foreign and military policy, a sort of "commercial style".

During his pre-election campaign Donald Trump declared that he would bring American companies abroad back to the country and thus consolidate the US economy. He added that following his election as President he had built his style of foreign policy on pre-election promises.

That"s why POTUS" laudation of his Turkish counterpart may easily be understood as "anticipatory creation of an appropriate infrastructure with a view of preventing full severance of relations even if the С-400 deal be accepted". It has to be kept in mind that Trump"s compliments addressed to the Turkish delegation on the eve of Osaka meeting and subsequent accusation of his predecessor Obama and Erdogan"s justification are explained as being due to Trump"s desire not to lose the key trade partner.

As a matter of fact, POTUS"s laudatory statements on the Turkish delegation in Osaka and about Erdogan are none other than examples of habitual rhetoric following Trump"s election as President. Of interest is the fact that the elect President on November 8, 2016, Donald Trump in his telephone conversation with Prime Minister of Pakistan, Navaz Sharif on November 30, declared the following: "You have a very good reputation. You are a very strong person. You"re working wonders in all matters... Your country is incredible to manage improbable difficulties. Pakistanis are one of the world"s clever and perfect peoples. I"d like to visit your country in a day or two".

To end the statements made in Osaka due to Turkey, Trump reminded that the С-400 question is very difficult, so joint work has to be done on this track. In other words, he meant to say "even in spite of the fact that US and NATO other structures openly oppose a C-400 deal with Turkey, I"m standing by Turkey and Erdogan". In so doing, Trump is acting consistently and far from losing Turkey within the framework of "trade wars".

The above-cited is compulsory within the framework of the previous allied relations, so Donald Trump with his commercial approach to international relations, is in need of invariable geostrategic stand of Turkey as the breath of life.

The point is that despite all its insistence in the matter of С-400 purchase, Ankara, in an attempt to evade its western allies" indignation, cannot use the missiles in question. It is quite substantively that instead of providing itself with С-400 Turkey may purchase a huge quantity of other weapons and Boeing aircrafts from the United States. Donald Trump lays an emphasis on the arguments stated even in spite of the fact that Turkish pro-governmental mass media go on claiming Trump"s statements as "Ankara"s victory".

So, we are not to blame that POTUS" complimentary statement addressed to the Turkish delegation will be followed by material issues to be solved. Let"s start income-generating trade ...
