Turkey does not recognize the annexation of Crimea
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Ankara will not recognize the results of the referendum on the annexation of Crimea by Russia.
According to Turkish media, Erdogan said this at the meeting with the leader of the Crimean Tatars, Mustafa Dzhemilev, in Izmir.
According to him, Turkey intends to participate with the West in defense of the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Erdogan said that Turkey will implement the decisions that will be taken on the issue by NATO.
Turkey will not remain indifferent if there is any pressure on the Crimean Tatars, he said. -05D06-
