Ali Hasanov, the details of the Sochi meeting
The Head of the Department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Ali Hasanov disclosed some details of the Sochi meeting between Ilham Aliyev and Serzh Sargsyan. In an interview AzertAj he stressed that the Azerbaijani side, "was forced to do it, because the Armenian president misrepresented the details of the negotiations." Hasanov confirmed that Aliyev at the meeting raised the issue of the release of two residents of Kelbajar captured by Armenians. Aliyev stressed that the Armenian side, without any basis, represents them as "dangerous subversives." Although, according to relatives of the detainees, for several years they visited the graves of their parents in the occupied Kalbajar region. In addition, Aliyev demanded, in accordance with the laws of war, extradition of the dead bodies on the frontline and the boundaries of military and civilians. Turning to Sargsyan, Aliyev accused the Armenian side of barbaric treatment the hostages and the bodies of those killed. "Even the Nazis did not do it," he said.
In response Sarkisian tried to blame Aliyev for glorification Mubariz Ibrahimov, whose body was handed over to the Azerbaijani side, after he was killed in an unequal battle. Aliyev said Ibrahimov alone defeated the enemy position, killing 10 enemy soldiers, and died heroically. In conclusion, Ali Hasanov pointed to attempts of Armenians to hide their losses, which according to internal and external sources accounted for about 50 people. –06В-
