Baku / 06.09.20 / Turan: Assistant to the chairman of the Law and Justice party Rashad Abbasli on Saturday was seized by 4 persons in civilian clothes and taken away in an unknown direction.
It happened in the afternoon when Abbasli left his home to go to a meeting with the party leader, former health minister Ali Insanov.
After the arrest, his mobile phone was disconnected.
“Until now, neither the party nor his family has been provided with information about the whereabouts of Abbasli. Abbasli's parents visited the 4th department of the Binagadi police. There Abbasly was registered as a missing person, ”the party said on Sunday morning.
The organization believes that the detention has political motives.
