Ali Kerimli: the authorities will not prevent rallies
«I do not expect such dirty methods to prevent rallies. The people do not consists of a group of social and political activists, or two or three opposition groups. Very soon the people will come to peaceful rallies, and will break all of your plans," said Ali Kerimli, the leader of the Popular Front Party Ali Kerimli, commenting on the publication in the local media that he allegedly with Fethullah Gülen was preparing a coup in Azerbaijan.
It is interesting that recently the leader of the Shiite Movement "Muslim unity" Taleh Bagirzade told the court that he was forced to give testimonies on the preparation of a coup d'etat together with Ali Kerimli and Jamil Hasanli.
Ali Kerimli wrote on his facebook that at the end of last year, especillay hired people wrote that that he was preparing a coup in Azerbaijan through the hands of Shiites at the instruction of Iran's spiritual leader.
"In April 2011 it was stated that I "worked" together with the radical Sunni organization "Al Qaeda" and the radical Shiite organization "Hizbullah". I do not know who messed up their head - heat or me. For what purpose they do so absurd? " Kerimli said.
The authorities are cocnerned that on the night of July 15 they took a wait and did not directly supported by the legitimate government of Turkey. "Apparently, they can not forgive themselves that at the most intense moment they kept silence. However, then I clearly expressed my position.
On the other hand, they are very annoyed with the exposure Nardaran operation. In addition, the National Council announced the rallies against the referendum.
Recent arrests are aimed at intimidation on the eve of the meetings," writes Kerimli.
"Do you think that all are so naive? Do not the Turkish authorities know that you take care of the Gülen network today? They do not see the difference between those who supported the legitimate authority and those who kept silence for 15 hours?
Or are you deceiving world public opinion? The whole world knows that you are corrupt and you are ready to any defamation to blacken their opponents. You will not be able to deceive the Azerbaijani people. The people do not believe your lies and slander, otherwise no one would support me," writes Kerimli. -03D06-
