Aliev congratulated Lukashenko on winning the presidential election
Baku/10.08.20/Turan: the President of Azerbaijan congratulated the President of Belarus on his "confident victory in the presidential elections".
In a telephone conversation, Aliev wished the Belarusian people well-being and new success in their activities for the development of the country.
Expressing gratitude for the attention and congratulations, Lukoshenko stressed that friendly relations between the two countries, based on strategic partnership, are successfully developing in various areas.
The heads of state expressed confidence in the further expansion of ties.

"We are deeply shocked by the news of the deaths and injuries resulting from the tragic incident that took place at the Christmas market in Magdeburg," the message reads.
