Aliyev and Lukashenko met in St. Petersburg
Baku/26.12.23/Turan: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev held a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko on December 26 within the framework of the informal summit of heads of state in St. Petersburg.
During the meeting, the successful development of friendly relations between the two countries in various fields was noted with satisfaction.
It was stressed that there is a good potential for further expansion of cooperation.
The Heads of state expressed confidence that bilateral ties will continue to strengthen, and exchanged views on further contacts and prospects for cooperation.--06B--

According to lawyer Zibeida Sadigova, Ibrahim was taken to court in handcuffs. There were guards sitting next to him throughout the whole process.
