Ambassador of Jordan must give an explanation about the supply of arms to Armenia
Baku/27.07.20/Turan: The Ambassador of Jordan to Azerbaijan Sami Abdullah Gosheh was summoned to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry on Monday.
During the conversation with Deputy Minister Araz Azimov, the issue of supplying arms by Jordan to Armenia was discussed, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reported.
Reports of Jordanian arms supplies to Armenia have caused bewilderment among the public of Azerbaijan, Azimov said.
Ambassador Goshekh said he understands the concerns of the Azerbaijani side. He assured that, taking into account the strategic nature of the Azerbaijani-Jordanian relations; he will make efforts to eliminate the concerns of the Azerbaijani side.
