On 7 August the Azerbaijani soldier detained an Armenian who was trying to cross the border of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Missing and Hostages of Azerbaijan, the detained is Agetsyan Henrik Saerbekovich, born in 1954. Nothing is reported on the motives of the transition.
