Baku/24.11.22/Turan: By order of the head of state, Andrei Sipilin was appointed assistant to the president of Azerbaijan - head of the department for military-technical support of the presidential administration. Until now, he has been an assistant to the first vice-president of the country, Mehriban Aliyeva.
