Another 21 families return to Lachin
Today 21 families, including 65 people who were temporarily settled in hostels, sanatoriums, former pioneer camps, unfinished constructions and administrative buildings in different regions of Azerbaijan have returned to Lachin.
Thus, the State Committee for Refugees reported that 534 families (1,971 persons) of IDPs have already returned to Lachin.
Already 7762 people have returned to the territories liberated from occupation.
In particular, they have returned to towns and villages in Shusha, Zangilan, Fizuli, Agdera, Lachin and Khojaly regions.
Besides, thousands of people are involved in reconstruction works, particularly employed in construction, health care, education, trade and services spheres.
Earlier, the Azerbaijani authorities said that by 2026 they plan to resettle 140, 000 people to the territories liberated from occupation.

On February 3, the trial of public activist Nijat Ibrahim will begin in the Baku Serious Crimes Court. This decision was made on Wednesday at a preparatory hearing by Judge Aygun Gurbanova. According to lawyer Zibeida Sadigova, Ibrahim was taken to court in handcuffs. There were guards sitting next to him throughout the whole process.
