Another Tightening, This Time to Receive SMS Permissions
Baku / 26.06.20 / Turan: On the evening of June 25, the Cabinet of Ministers published an order of the Prime Minister on additional measures to tighten the quarantine regime in Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Lankaran, Yevlakh, Masalli, Jalilabad and in the Absheron region.
From now on, in order to receive SMS permission, in addition to sending a notification to number 8103, you can use the E-Təbib mobile application, which must first be downloaded to your phone or iPad.
Then you need to enter a mobile phone number. This number receives a four-digit code that must be dialed.
Next, in the "lisenziya razılaşma" section, click on "təsdiq edirəm". At the same time, the Bluetooth and GPS systems become operational.
Next, go to the Icazələr section and enter the FIN code and date of birth.
Then select the type of permission (1 or 2) and click on “Göndər”.
The applicant must receive a “confirmation” or “denial”. You can check it by also logging in to your account.
It is difficult to say how rational this innovation is. Rather, it is a measure to limit the exit of people from home, rather than the desire to streamline it.
Such a complex form of obtaining permission is not available to many older people and owners of simple phones. Even for Iphone owners, this system is not simple, because it requires a version not lower than IOS 11. So, on Iphone 5, the IOS 11 version simply does not load.
Given all this, it can be assumed that most of those who need to leave home will continue to use SMS sending at 8103. -02B-
