Armenia colluded with Iran in drug trafficking to Europe
Baku/15.10.21/Turan: Azerbaijan is ready to start negotiations with Armenia on the delimitation of the border under the condition of mutual recognition of territorial integrity and to start negotiations on a peace agreement with Armenia. This was stated by President Ilham Aliyev, speaking by video link at the session of the CIS Council of Heads of State on October 15.
He accused Armenia of refusing to hand over complete maps of minefields while the ones handed over earlier were 25% accurate, he stressed.
For 30 years, Armenia had been using formerly occupied Azerbaijani territories for drug trafficking to Europe in collusion with Iran, he continued.
In his turn, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Armenia was ready to hand over minefield maps in exchange for the release of Armenian prisoners.
Also, he stressed his readiness to start delimiting the border if Azerbaijan and Armenia withdraw their troops from the border at one and the same time.
Pashinyan considers it possible to unblock communications with Azerbaijan if the unblocking is "mutual". Armenia will receive rail and road connections to Russia through Azerbaijan, as well as rail connections to Iran, and Azerbaijan will receive connections to Nakhchivan through Armenian territory. -02D-
