Armenia continues shelling Lachin and Kelbajar - Defense Ministry
Baku/14.09.22/Turan: The armed forces of Armenia, again violating the ceasefire agreement on the night of September 13-14 and in the morning, shelled the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the directions of the Kalbajar and Lachin regions from various-caliber mortars and artillery installations, " - the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan said in a statement released on the morning of September 14.
In these areas, the Azerbaijani side is taking adequate response measures, the press release further says.
“Currently, Azerbaijani positions are being shelled intermittently. The units of the Azerbaijani army are taking the necessary response measures,” the press release says further.
The Armenian Defense Ministry, in turn, accuses Azerbaijan of shelling its border territories in the indicated directions.-0-
