Armenia turned to Russia for military assistance

Baku/13.09.22/Turan: On September 13, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan held a meeting of the Security Council with the participation of President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan.

The situation on the border with Azerbaijan was discussed.

In connection with the “aggression” against Armenia, it was decided to “officially apply to the Russian Federation in order to implement the provisions of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance, as well as to the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the UN Security Council.”-0-
