Armenia violates armistice to disrupt talks - Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry
Baku/29.09.22/Turan: “Armenia violates the armistice, and when Azerbaijan takes adequate retaliatory measures, they blame us. This is another excuse for Armenia to derail the negotiations.” This was written by the official representative of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Leyla Abdullayeva on Twitter, commenting on the statement of the Armenian Foreign Ministry in connection with the skirmishes at the state border. She stressed that Armenia repeats one every time.
At the same time, the official commentary of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry says: “Now that contacts between the two states are being resumed, regular meetings and a visit to the region by international mediators are planned, Armenia is playing the same game, turning people into victims of its policy.”
As distinct from Armenia, Azerbaijan is the initiator of the peace agenda and, while carrying out large-scale restoration and opening of transport communications in the liberated territories, so it is not interested in tensions in the region.
Recall that a day before there were skirmishes in the Kelbajar direction. As a result, an Azerbaijani soldier was wounded, Armenia announced that three of its soldiers were killed. -06B0-
