Armenia wants to send delegates to a NATO seminar in Baku
Armenia intends to send Azerbaijan two delegates to attend the seminar "Rose Roth" of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, scheduled for June 16-18 in Baku, reported the Armenian media.
At a briefing in Yerevan, the head of the Armenian delegation to NATO PA, Koryun Nahapetyan, during the spring session of NATO PA (May 30-June 1) in Vilnius, the Armenian delegation met with the Chairman and the Secretary General of the NATO PA. Among other issues were also discussed participation of Armenian delegates to the upcoming seminar in Baku "Rose Roth" if they are given security guarantees. Azerbaijani side has not yet commented on this issue. Until now, the representatives of state structures of Armenia allowed to visit Baku in international events and even make provocative statements.
At the same time, all persons with Armenian surname, regardless of citizenship, denied entry to Azerbaijan. -02D-
