Armenian Armed Forces used combat drones against Azerbaijani military
Baku/18.05.23/Turan: The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan announced the use of combat drones by the armed forces of Armenia on the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the Kelbajar region.
“On May 18, at about 07:15, the Armenian armed forces used combat UAVs at several positions of the Azerbaijani Army stationed in the direction of the Yellidzh settlement of the Kelbajar region,” the press service of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on Thursday morning.
During the inspection of the territory, the remains of self-made shells dropped by the Armenian military using UAVs, made in a handicraft way, were found, the press release of the military department reads further.
The divisions of the Azerbaijan Army did not suffer losses, retaliatory measures are being taken.
"All responsibility for the tension in the region lies with the military-political leadership of Armenia," the message of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry concluded.
