Baku/04.03.14/Turan : Armenian citizen Mamika Khojayan , who that passed the contact line of troops in Tovuz on January 28 was returned today to the Armenian side, said Secretary of State Commission on Prisoners of War , Hostages and Missing Persons, Shahin Sailov. According to him , the transfer took place through the International Committee of the Red Cross.
Khojayan was detained by resident of the village of Alibeili in Tovuz region, and was transferred to the military. Soon, the Defense Ministry reported about the arrest of the Armenian "saboteur." However, no evidence of sabotage of a 70-year-old man was presented.-16D-
